My family and I went to wendys Feb 24th for a late lunch around 2:30pm to 3pm We walked in the lobby and got to the register and no one was working, There was no one at the drive thru, no one making food, no one really there but one person who didnt look like he worked there and we said hello ands he walked up front and told us "sorry the lobby is closed" Well why was the door unlocked and there was nothing on the door saying otherwise. it was during business hours, That is a...read full review
The food was really good, but there's always a 20-minute wait at the drive-thru. I literally have to mentally plan or go there on my day off to order food or risk being late anywhere.
ordered a burger w/ lettuce tomato mayo ketcup, peppermint frosty. took 10 minutes from ordering to get food. i got a burger with mayo and pickles, vanilla frosty. tried to walk inside to get what I ordered but all the doors were locked with no signage. by this time there were 6 cars waiting at drivethru.
