I walked in and Shankeria came around the corner and said "hello." Nobody else did. She took my order and gave me a card that says "proof I'm no fool." When my order was ready. Jada called me to state the order was ready. Jada said you waited for your order so she gave me a large fry instead of a small. I really didn't think that I waited. I thanked her. Got excellent customer service from the 2 young ladies. Keep up the great customer service. ?

This place is steadily going down. Im not sure if its under new management..Waited in line for over 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me no people in the inside to be told to come inside because they were doing a shift change and not taking orders at the window. 3 different people came outside for personal conversations. Why not put a sign up instead of wasting people's time .This is why I'm going to stop eating out. Customer service where???

My family and I went to wendys Feb 24th for a late lunch around 2:30pm to 3pm We walked in the lobby and got to the register and no one was working, There was no one at the drive thru, no one making food, no one really there but one person who didnt look like he worked there and we said hello ands he walked up front and told us "sorry the lobby is closed" Well why was the door unlocked and there was nothing on the door saying otherwise. it was during business hours, That is a very sad excuse for a wendys
