Rhonda was an awful manager in terms of how she treated staff and i still prefer her over what manager they have now. No hi how are you? They just stand there and say nothing so you just say it all yourself and if you forget to say a side they won’t ask you about it. They hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. I walked into TS to order lunch and they were obviously busy, which is fine. I stood in line and finally I when I walked up to the counter, I heard the lady say that they weren't taking in person orders, only online orders.So I stepped to the side and proceeded to place my order online.My smoothie took at most 5 minutes, but my wrap took over 15 minutes. Customer service is horrible , they look upset or pissed when taking orders . I ordered a mixed berry yogurt and specifically asked for no almonds or chia seeds due to allergies . They still put almonds and chia seeds in my yogurt. I could have had a horrible reaction and triggered my health . Pay attention to detail and work on customer service .
