One thing that is consistent about this store is their ridiculously slow service, particularly their drive thru.
It shouldn't take 15 minutes to wait in the drive thru before you even get to order.
What's going on?
The staff yesterday was amazing. Thank YOU guys for listening/ caring/ and giving my sweet pup, Ranger a pupcup. He loves them so much. The staff asked for photos because I told them how much he enjoys the weekly Starbucks pupcups.. They gave him an additional one.
It's the small things. You guys truly made my day. Thank you so much. Customer service at its best.

My daughter and I went in today and had the best experience. The cashier/barista who’s name I believe is Jayce was an absolutely gem to us. My daughter had just gotten shots at her doctor and needed a cake pop pick me up of course and jayce was so wonderful with us. We were treated with such kindness and love it really turned out whole day around. Can’t thank you enough for your kindness and love today ♥️
