Always like making the trip to this Starbucks. Today’s experience was nice, coffee was piping hot and freshly made, and the young lady who helped me and other customers this morning was helpful and cheerful. So refreshing.

Do not come here if you are in a rush or just don't have ample time to sit around idle. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. On more than one occasion I have waited over 20 minutes for a drink. The most recent time, I was there was only 1 other person in the store waiting for me. Another time, I waited 45 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for this. You are better off heading home to make your own drink or just forgetting it all together. There is no excuse for this. They have to do better. It is infuriating!!

Best coffee ever!! I been different locations and this is one of my fav. The drinks are so tasty and the baristas are very friendly and kind!! Tiana is a great girl, nice smile and great attitude!! I love it!!!

There on Xmas day after IHOP WAS CLOSED WHEN IHOP SAID THEY WERE OPEN. This place is great everyone extremely pleasant. Gave us cream and liquid cane sugar in cup so I could fix ice coffee exactly like I like. Staff very attentive.Parking: Lots of it.

Enjoyed my coffee and chocolate croissant but had to wait 50 minutes in line. Poor girl on the drive through looked upset and shakey. Think she was getting alot of complaints. Staff retention will suffer if there are not enough of them to deliver the service

I get that it was busy in store & in the drive thru, but it took me 30 minutes to get my drink. (I waited inside). My food was cold & I guess that’s my fault but I didn’t hear anyone call my name. If they did call my name, it was softly as I was near the counter. Also, my Frappuccino was absolutely dreadful! I ordered a caramel brûlée frappuccino & it tasted nothing like it’s supposed to. It tasted like it was just Frapp roast & whole milk. I would have complained but I left before drinking it as I was in a hurry.

Ordered 2 venti chestnut praline Fraps and they were white. Guess they don't believe in putting the coffee in the drinks. Asked them to remake it and the girl remade it the exact same way. White as a ghost. This place will be out of business soon with service like this.

We were going for some Starbucks at the drive thru the moment we got there they told us to wait for them , we waited in the drive thru for like 20mins and no one would speak.the car behind us went to the window to order and they gave her her drink we tried to do the same thing but the guy said he couldn’t do that.In general,This is the WORST service I have ever gotten at Starbucks in my life.
