“I feel like this review is long overdue lol
I work near this location and so I come here a lot to relax before and in between shifts. The staff here has always been awesome. They create a welcoming environment and the work they put in to get orders out in a timely manner does not go unnoticed! I have a hard time finding places to sit down and work on personal projects without feeling judged and I’ve never had that feeling here. I am always comfortable and less likely to feel on edge when walking in because I know that the staff here will greet me with kindness and ensure my order is made to my preference. I appreciate each and every one of you!!“

“Just ordered food from this location. Very impressed with the back kitchen staff. I could hear the manager loudly giving directions. Not meanly but assertive and confident in what she was doing and her staff was communicating. Everyone had smiles on their faces and everyone was hustling. It’s rare to see that from a McDonald’s these days. Great job and great communication with their team and with me the customer. They checked on me frequently and let me know they were working on it. Excellent job.“

“Best experience at a McDonald's in a while. They seem to still care. I was offered a cup for water even when I didn't buy a drink and was asked if I needed ketchup or salt for my fries. Other locations could learn from this one. However, it also suffers from the same bland, boring design. I wish McDonald's had some color in their brand again.“

“We stopped here on our way back from a field trip to Mt. Vernon yesterday. We had 44 people in all and I've never had service so quickly! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They accommodated us and made the experience effortless. All orders were correct and so good! Considering the amount of people, we were worried, but the staff brought their "A game". Thank you to those who were working! As the person in charge of all those little people, it made my job easier. I could focus on their safety while they ate. All the parents were impressed and agreed it was one of the best McDonald's we ever ate at. Again, thank you!“

“Front counter staff is friendly and quick and if you've been there, you've likely met the owner, Olaf. He takes great care of his guests. The place is super clean with tons of seating. Clearly, everyone has found out about it because it's busier every time I go—and I almost always run into someone I know. But there's still plenty of seating. High-quality coffee and food, great atmosphere, and you're supporting a local small business.“
