“My husband and I went through the drive-thru. I normally just get black coffee, but I wanted something a little sweet. The lady on headset told us to let her know if we needed any help, so we asked her for a recommendation. She was so sweet, asked us a few questions, and gave us a recommendation that we ordered. She was very patient and made us a delicious coffee. I have had good experiences at other stores, but she went above and beyond with customer service.“

“Since I live down the street from this Starbucks, it’s convenient for me to come here everyday! Drive thru is what I usually do, and get great customer service. I’ve been in the building a couple times and I got “hello welcome to Starbucks”. Overall being a local for this location has been great!“

“Seeing a bunch of negative comments went to see for myself… hands down the best Starbucks in the Spotsylvania area! They do get a lot of business and I see now it’s for a reason!!! The staff are so sweet and welcoming everyone works so hard! Great Job Breezewood baristas I will be a regular!!!“

“This Starbucks is awsome the staff is great there always working hard together at getting things done for the customers I have been a regular with Starbucks for a long time and there’s times it’s busy and I have to wait for my drink but 90% of the time I pull up and walk in and my drink is already in the works and by the time I get to the counter I tap my card for my order and get my drink I get the same faverite drink and fast friendly service I want to thank Emily and all staff for all there hard work they do the team is awsome and so friendly“
