Dunkin' is known for its clean environment and polite associates. Many customers enjoy the delicious donuts. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy, particularly with coffee sizes. Despite being busy, the crew manages well and maintains a positive attitude, ensuring most orders are correct. Overall, Dunkin' offers a pleasant experience with great treats, although some improvements in service consistency are needed.
