“COLD beer served in an ice cold mug!“

“Love five guys. From the burgers to the fries. Today is our 55 wedding anniversary. Here we are.“

“We love going to the Short Pump location. The food is amazing but very disappointed that the Onion Nest is no longer on the menu.“

“Dangerous place - everything (burgers, fries, donuts) is awesome!“

“Went here for dinner and it was amazing! Burgers were juicy and delicious, and the fries were SO GOOD! Crispy with the perfect amount of salt. My dad had a great pre-fathers day dinner, thanks to the amazing staff! 🍔❤“

“Best subs around Always friendly staff Great environment“

“Best food ever, always gone with the classic chicken strips and a nice cool drink! But the delivery service was okay but could’ve been better, they forgot my drink once but I didn’t make a fuss since I had some tea in my pantry! Dairy Queen is on my top list for favorite fast food restaurants, they take the medal for me with the ice cream variety and textures!“

“This place was awesome when it first opened. Since it opened it has had an issue with its drink service. Their coke machine is always out of service. Plus when you get your drink you have to figure out which drink is yours and the server doesn't even know which drink is yours. Their French fries are now tasing a little cardboardy.“

“Well managed and awesome staff!!“

“You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! The staff is beyond amazing, kind, and just plain out wonderful! Thank y’all so much for making this happen!“

“I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s! From the moment my son and I walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel like valued customers. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations.

Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her excellent customer service really made our visit even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for providing such a welcoming atmosphere and a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“We had a large party of over 20 people to celebrate 2 birthdays today. The manager and staff did an amazing job seating us together and serving our large crowd during a traditionally busy time (Sunday 1pm). The servers were great and well organized, and the manager also checked on us several times.“

“My son had a late game tonight and we grabbed some food Togo… I had the Tinga tacos and he had a bacon cheeseburger both were delish and I was thankful to not be spending an extra half an hour in a drive thru on a school night ! We will do this again ! Thanks!“

“The food was great. The burger was seasoned and hot. The bread was fresh. Fries were hot and seasoned. Nice and quiet in the store. The young lady at the cash register was polite and so was the manager. No playing or yelling back and forth. First time I have experienced this in a Wendy’s. Would come again.“

“I want to give a 5-star review to Ms. Lisa. We had the pleasure of her serving us last night through the drive thru window and she was so pleasant and kind and was a joy to have a brief 5 minute interaction with. My young son was in the car with me and I told him that more people should be like Ms. Lisa and the world would be a better place! The new chicken nuggets are pretty good too!“

“Beth in the drive through is great. She made my little boys day by giving him a crown. She is always so friendly each time we come. Our guy doesn't eat much but when he's hungry he asks for a cheeseburger. Picture in comments :)“

“This Midlothian Virginia McDonald's is set apart from the regular franchises. It's in a posh part of town and everything from the outside structure to the environment inside, to the upkeep of the restaurant is amazing. Their maintenance guy is very thorough with his cleanng...the in between the tiles with the grout brush to the steel plates on the bottom of the bathroom doors. Kudos to him during my visit earlier today (July 3rd around 11:45/12ish.“

“I always recommend ordering on the app and then parking at a stall number. Service was so fast tonight it lived up to the name sonic. I just thought I’d leave a review because the staff are always friendly here and I didn’t expect such a speedy service like that.“
