“I ordered the Sicilian pizza for take-out, so service and atmosphere are really not important. However, as part of service, when I called in the order, it was very cheerfully taken, and they called me when it was ready. I like Sicilian pizza very much, but it's usually rather dry. This was anything but. The cheese is great, but the sauce is fantastic. I'd say it's the BEST Sicilian pizza I've ever had. I'm from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania originally, home of pan-fried Sicilian (which is a different thing altogether). But for lovers of very traditional Sicilian, I'd highly recommend this!“

“I had an amazing experience at IHOP recently, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Itzel. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She greeted us with a smile, made sure we were comfortable, and took our order quickly while answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

Throughout the entire meal, Itzel consistently checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, and she made sure our food came out correctly and in a timely manner. Even though the restaurant seemed busy, she never appeared rushed and still gave us excellent service.

What stood out the most was her positive attitude. Itzel was genuinely kind and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It's rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, but Itzel managed to be both.

The food was great, but the outstanding service from Itzel is what truly made the visit memorable. She represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the hard work she puts into making customers feel welcome. “I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

“Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“
