“I have eaten here multiple times over the years. It is a good casual spot if you want to eat at the Hotel and not drive. On this occasion, I had a terrific BLT, steak fries, and a Stone IPA (I actually had three, but I walked back to my room). My waitress was really nice. I enjoyed my meal.“

“I had an amazing experience at IHOP recently, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Itzel. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She greeted us with a smile, made sure we were comfortable, and took our order quickly while answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

Throughout the entire meal, Itzel consistently checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, and she made sure our food came out correctly and in a timely manner. Even though the restaurant seemed busy, she never appeared rushed and still gave us excellent service.

What stood out the most was her positive attitude. Itzel was genuinely kind and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It's rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, but Itzel managed to be both.

The food was great, but the outstanding service from Itzel is what truly made the visit memorable. She represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the hard work she puts into making customers feel welcome. Because of her, I will definitely be returning to IHOP and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you, Itzel, for making our visit such a wonderful experience!“

“Short Pump Location. Family favorite. Favorite dish is the parmesan crusted chicken. Mom of a child with nuts and eggs allergies and our server and kitchen made sure to prevent cross contamination. The strawberry cheesecake delicious and is huge so it's best to share it with your table 😉🍰 Be sure to call ahead or go online to be added to the waitlist. Helps to prevent longer wait time at the restaurant.“

“This was our first time at a Dave and Buster’s. We attended the 4th of July event and the staff made everyone feel welcome. They hyped the kids up and got our usually shy children involved and made sure they had a great time. The event contests and prizes were amazing. We will definitely be coming back next year and returning more regularly. They explained how to use the app ( my wife and I were a little lost lol ) 10/10
