“Bartizan was the absolute perfect venue for our bridal shower. We comfortably hosted about 35 people using the downstairs and mezzanine area. Food and wine were excellent (especially the amazing cast iron pizzas!), and service was outstanding. Kristin helped set things up at the beginning and Rachel managed the event perfectly. Each of the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the event. I will 100% plan my next event at Bartizan!!!”

“We stayed here in our RV through Harvest Host but we're only two hours from home and would honestly consider making this a day trip. It's a great spot that's very convenient to the highway. We each had a flight and really enjoyed the wine so we bought several bottles to take home. We sat outside at a firepit because it was an unreasonably warm March afternoon, but the inside has plenty of ambience as well. Definitely worth a stop!”

“Short Pump Location. Family favorite. Favorite dish is the parmesan crusted chicken. Mom of a child with nuts and eggs allergies and our server and kitchen made sure to prevent cross contamination. The strawberry cheesecake delicious and is huge so it's best to share it with your table 😉🍰 Be sure to call ahead or go online to be added to the waitlist. Helps to prevent longer wait time at the restaurant.”

He spent so much time at our table explaining the menu, And the fact that he laughed at Joe’s jokes all night? customer service 😂👏🏽 The food was delicious —Jah crushed his plate so fast I couldn’t even get pictures! “Peter changs is the most authentic Chinese restaurant that I know of. a close second would be Full Kee on horsepin off of broad. but P.Cheng's is a combo of traditional grandma like made hot pots with a twist of today to some beautifully created food art type appatisers. the scallion bubble packed is a delightfully fun munch. we ordered peking duck for take-out tonight. my husband will drive across town to get it as we are in Midlothian. the online order menue is not working. the price listed is 35.00. However the menue will not allow me to even register or order. I called we were told the price of the dish is 65.00$$$! we have pking duck 1/yr on NYE and it's my favorite Chinese Dish . so we bit the bullet and ordered. when we asked about the price difference we were told something that y'all should know.... we were told ...oh. we rais our prices around Christmas! Well thanx PETER CHANG. This better be the Best pking duck I could even imagine. This is what you think of your customers SMH.. I'm not sure that I will continue dinning with you in the future. what a shame. such good food and during the Christmas season most places offer something special to show appreciation to their patrons. But your establishments behavior reminds me od a certain Character in Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. lol interesting that the Walt Disney version of this story Scrooge I'd played by a Duck... 😆😅🤣😂 I'll report back after my husband returns with this golden dinner.”

“Run, don't walk to Con Salsa! Seriously great food. Each order made fresh. The bowls are phenomenal and the arepas and empanadas are the best we've ever had. And the sauces...OMG the sauces. The garlic and the red sauce are honestly some of the best condiments I've tasted. Thankfully, they sell the sauces too! I do wish there was indoor seating as it is getting colder, but they were doing a brisk takeout business when we were there. Do yourself a favor and try Con Salsa. Everything we have tried is amazing.”

However, as part of service, when I called in the order, it was very cheerfully taken, and they called me when it was ready. I like Sicilian pizza very much, but it's usually rather dry. This was anything but. The cheese is great, but the sauce is fantastic. I'd say it's the BEST Sicilian pizza I've ever had. I'm from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania originally, home of pan-fried Sicilian (which is a different thing altogether). But for lovers of very traditional Sicilian, I'd highly recommend this!”

“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!”

“I hope this reaches someone important @chick-fil-a. We visited on 5/15 for dinner around 8:30pm. Everyone looked like they were having a wonderful time, and the drive through lady was very kind, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she asked how I evening was. Unfortunately we had a long day and so I was telling her that I’d had a medical procedure that day and was just having an okay day :/. She then asked if I’d like an Oreo shake, got one made on the fly, handed it out the window with a smile and said “I hope this makes the rest of your day a little better”. It was so kind of her, just wanted to give her a shout out!!!”

Shame on us for continuing to order after several inaccurate orders that were reported through surveys and acknowledged, but we had hope that those were one offs. When they are good, they are good. But when they are bad, it's so random as to how bad they are. I've had the occasional sauces (paid extra) forgotten all the way to ordering a vegetarian pizza only to have it arrive with chicken on it. I then even let them get me two times back to back where I ordered the heavily advertised hot honey (also paid extra for this extra) and didn't get it either time. The last straw, ordered at 10:30pm, received a notification at 11:15pm (email) that my pizza was on the way. At 12:18am it was delivered. I am completely aware that it was obviously a very busy night. However, my food rode around in a car for at least an hour, and it showed. That's a problem. I confess that we have ordered once since then but it was going in knowing that it would likely suck. And while it came as ordered, and in a timely manner, it's no where near the quality it was when this location first opened and hasn't been in a very long time.”

“Went in earlier for a sammich and they told me it would be a 2 minute wait for the bread because they ran out. They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I was ALWAYS more than happy there and I still go back occasionally when I go to my grandparents house...the Short Pump location is every bit as excellent. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!”
