So the AC in our room hasn’t worked since we’ve been here. Now the elevators in the hotel are both down. The staff hasn’t been much help with resolving either problem. I couldn’t get to my room due to disability. Thankfully, I’m at RavenCon, and my con family stepped up to help. I have a place to sleep tonight in a friend’s room here, thanks to them. No thanks to hotel staff, except for the one gentleman who brought my things to my friend’s room.
