“Went to Chen's for lunch today and the food was excellent as usual. Haven't been in years as I live in Chesterfield, but while working in Innsbrook ordered from there for years. It was nice to be greeted warmly, service was prompt and attentive and my Moo Shu Pork was a walk down memory lane. Delicious. Will definitely go again soon.“

However the menue will not allow me to even register or order. I called we were told the price of the dish is 65.00$$$! we have pking duck 1/yr on NYE and it's my favorite Chinese Dish . so we bit the bullet and ordered. when we asked about the price difference we were told something that y'all should know.... we were told ...oh. we rais our prices around Christmas! Well thanx PETER CHANG. This better be the Best pking duck I could even imagine. This is what you think of your customers SMH.. I'm not sure that I will continue dinning with you in the future. what a shame. such good food and during the Christmas season most places offer something special to show appreciation to their patrons. “The food was 4 stars for me. Imagine if it was just a little bit crispy to the bite. Otherwise I love the food here. Is it healthy? No. Is it good? Yeah. The service was excellent. They were sweet and kind and ready to help. I especially liked the cashier, she was gorgeous and easy to talk to! The atmosphere was good. “Excellent I’m a known chef visiting VCU in Richmond, Virginia and saw there were great Chinese places. Since 1981 I’ve loved however not found many legit shredded pork in garlic sauce dishes. They nailed it, this classic Sichuan dish . When she placed on the table I had flash backs to Houston Texas the last time I actually ordered the dish as every place did it no justice. If you’ve never tried its spicy, salty, little acidic. Steamed rice has to be and was perfect. I started with a great hot and sour soup and then the green onion pancake. The pancake golden brown, crispy, cooked perfect. The soup a great blend had me sweating. Only negative is I’m from Georgia.“

“I've been happily stopping at Hunan East, nearly every Saturday, to fill up a take-out tray from their buffet, which has many healthful options, with stir-fried meat and vegetables, all cooked just enough. They are family owned and really good people, their food is always fresh and they have the best fried noodle chips, fried rice, general tsos chicken and eggrolls. First off, the chicken came out looking beautiful and perfectly cooked. The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, well-seasoned, and NOT dried out at all. You get 5 pieces of wings, they’re already cut into pieces, (not whole wings) and honestly they were so good I would come back just to order the wings by themselves

The shrimp fried rice was flavorful, had a good amount of shrimp, and paired perfectly with the chicken.

The customer service was also great. The lady welcomed me as soon as I walked in, which I really appreciated.

Overall, this was definitely a 10/10 for me. Simple, flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Those wings though😮‍💨🔥 I’m already thinking about my next order.

“We have ordered here for years and have always loved the food. It's generally our favorite Chinese in the area. Unfortunately the last 2 times we have had missing items. It wasn't a huge deal (especially the first time - just missing an egg roll) but today we were missing 2 egg rolls. I really don't like to complain but it seems they may be going down hill which I really hate. Please pay attention when packing orders and start checking everything before you leave!“

“This is a pleasant surprise… My wife and I are new to the area (6 Months) and over the past few months we have been in town have been trying places to compare to our classic back home “American style Chinese” favorites. This was a great meal. We called, placed to go, and drove 9 minutes to pick up our “ready in 15” order. When I walked in the man working the counter was bringing that all to familiar brown paper bag from the back. Just our luck it was my order, we had a great quick conversation and I headed on my way. Now, for the food, that’s what matters because after all this is not a sit down style place, so ignore those negative atmosphere reviews…

The order was $52 for crab Rangoon, steamed pork dumplings (real dumps, not someone trying to pass Goyza off as a dumpling!) and 2 warm fresh egg rolls. The mains were General tso’ chicken and a happy family. One order white and one order fried rice. All were a great balance of flavor, meat, vegetables and sauce. We are extremely pleased with the overall experience and I recommend anyone looking for a quick filling meal show this spot some support.

If you want a full sit down with a perfect designed interior and a wait staff, go to Shortpump and pay for it.

“Living South of the river, I was pleasantly reminded about China Panda via the Sons of China Panda pop up this week. This morning, I got the egg tart, peanut silken tofu and mochi cake. I'm saving the egg tart and mochi cake for an after school treat sampling. The silken tofu that he said his Mom was up making overnight was simple, delicious, and a much more favorable breakfast than the typical simple carb or saturated fat laden fare common in our American diets and reflected in the offerings by local businesses. I think they would do rather well and wish I'd stopped by [on time] for more of their offerings this week. Hopefully, they will return soon! I'll also make a point to stop by China Panda for lunch in the near future.“

“The Wonton soup was delicious. Deep textured broth. My wife had the Sesame Chicken, and I had the Mongolian Combo, which was beef, chicken, and shrimp. The Sesame Chicken was tasty, but maybe a little too sweet bc it was over-sauced. The Mongolian dish was very tasty and fresh, not too sweet, and the meet was tender. I got take-out, and I would definitely order from here again.“

SO that was over 12.00 so I got home and I only had 3 shrimp I was very upset to see I had to pay extra and only got 3 shrimp what am I paying extra for.. I took a picture this time at this place which I'm going to start doing so all my followers can see 👀..
