Our first time going to Genghis Grill which my understanding has a lot of options. My understanding is normally you can walk up and pick the choices you want but with COVID of course we want to be safe. This was my first time and I was pleasantly pleased with the food. After selecting a size, you tell the worker what ingredients you would like down to the seasonings and sauce. They did a great job fitting everything I chose into my bowl size choice. Though overall service was great, the waitress failed to inform me that the margarita special was no longer available ( though the 8 x 8 in sticker was on the edge of every table). The food was very good, and our waitress was attentive. This is a nice alternative to habachi as you are in a more secluded space and are able to easily customize your meal. It is a pricey option so I do not recommend taking children, especially given the necessary covid restrictions.
