“I went with a friend Friday evening and it was packed. This was my first time. Chicken and broccoli was lukewarm (I like it super hot) but still delicious. I placed a to go order for sesame chicken and the wrong customer got it, however the lady up front made sure to replace my order quickly. They have a combo option which is a good deal. I would definitely eat here again.“
“Since moving to Hanover, it's been tough because all of my favorite Chinese restaurants rain superior over the ones locally. But the ones locally have items I like, not necessarily the whole menu. I love the crab Rangoon and Chicken Cashew here. The General Tso and Honey chicken are decent too. This is my favorite Chinese spot on this side of Hanover.“
“Hello Neighbors! I'd like to recommend China Wok to you all if you're a fan of fresh, crispy fried chicken wings. Whether with a side of fries or a side of rice, these chicken wings are filling and DELICIOUS. Go visit them and give them a try.“
“I LOVE the food here. It’s top quality but it’s in a little takeout spot. The food far outshines the seating area. It’s just like your regular old Chinese takeout looking seating area but the sushi! OMG it is fresh and fantastic! The other items on the menu are awesome too but it’s rare to get amazing sushi at a little place like that. The woman who runs it is so nice and accommodating. A really lovely person. I highly recommend this place!!Dietary restrictions: They can fix the food however you need it.Parking: Huge parking lot bc it’s a shopping center.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: I took my friend here. She was in a wheelchair temporarily due to illness. We got in and out just fine. The door isn’t automatic but it wasn’t bad to get through.“
“I went once for same thing I order whenever I get Chinese food-General Tso's chicken w/ white rice. It wasn't bad, but my search continues for the perfect GT's ?. They tend to overfry it around here, making it too hard and crunchy, as opposed to crisp. There is a difference.“
“China House is my go-to restaurant in Mechanicsville for take out Asian cuisine! My favorite things to order are lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, and their amazing egg rolls! The staff always has a smile on their face and service is speedy and accurate!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options on the menu!“
“The food is always delicious, hot and fresh. The staff there are so nice and love to carry on a conversation with you . The prices are reasonable and there's always some to take home.Vegetarian options: Almost any option for food that you get there could be made with no meat.Parking: There's generally plenty of parking even though the restaurant shares parking with other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair access with no issues into the restaurant, navigating through the restaurant as well as restroom usage.“
“This is quite possibly the best Chinese restaurant in the Richmond area, if not all of central Virginia. Try the sesame or General Tso's chicken. Excellent decor, great service and a bar that serves terrific cocktails. Best of all, the prices honestly can't be beat. I live in downtown Richmond and do my grocery shopping in Mechanicsville just so I can have lunch here.“
