Huge portions, great food, and fast service. I truly feel most of the complaints about the lady being “rude” are the reviewers themselves not having the patience with overcoming her language barrier. I’ve grown up eating here and the lady is abrupt but she’s the sweetest if you are friendly as well.
Don’t let the reviews fool you this place slaps

New Top's China Restaurant offers good food at affordable prices, with great size egg rolls and fast service. The space was clean and most people are waiting for to go orders. Some dishes, such as the General Tso's Chicken, may have way too much breading and the sauce can be too sweet and gloopy. The fried rice was undercooked. On the other hand, takeout options like the combination plate are popular and delicious, with some unique touches like paper boxes with handles. Food has always been great and the price for the combination plate can't be beat.
