I live in the neighborhood behind Tops China. I've been going there since they opened over 10 years ago. Excellent food, great prices and super friendly service.

Top's China serves good food at fair prices with super friendly service. Their General Tso's chicken is decent, although some find it overfried. The family-owned restaurant has maintained a clean kitchen and excellent food quality over the years, making it a familiar favorite in the neighborhood.
