I just had the worst presenting and tasting ribbon crunch Frappuccino. She put on counter I had to take several napkins to clean the cup and counter off of the drink. As shown in pictures 1 squirt of caramel, very light crunch. Little caramel in bottom of cup and when I took a drink all liquid. Then rest was crunch ice with little flavor. Y’all lacking in services. I’ve been going here for years and there’s been some ups and down. And i know there’s been a bunch of new people as always. But last time i got coffee and asked for LIGHT ice. Y’all gonna give me a half assed cup of coffee. And when i asked about it. The chick gonna say, “well you asked for light ice so you get less liquid”. Ok we already know the ice coffee is like 90 percent iced and 10 percent liquid anyways. 🙄🙄
