Alaina (I know I spelled it wrong, forgive me) needs to teach a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE to all fast food chains. From beginning to end, her tone, delivery, and mannerism was top tier. I normally do NOT enter a McDonald's establishment or the drive thru ANYWHERE IN RICMOND/COUNTY AREAS due to unprofessionalism from the staff, including the managers.
