“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

“The biggest downside is the traffic surrounding these restaurants. I'm surprised no one has been hurt. If you want to find in it's usually getting past a gamut of impatient drive thru customers. I like the food and service is great but I've chosen elsewhere many times because of the traffic that you have to get through especially with a couple of young kids. I think this has been the same at every chick-fil-a, I'm sure too much traffic is a good problem to have.“

“Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“We tried Cook Out in Glen Allen for the first time, and overall it was a good experience. The service was great — everyone was helpful and made the visit enjoyable. The food was good, although I was honestly expecting it to be a little better, but the service really made up for it and made the experience great. Definitely a place worth trying.“

“Other than the occasional not getting the drink cup on my pickup order because the runner didn't read the items on the ticket attached to the bag and then just walked away, service has been pleasant. The dining room is kept clean along with the restrooms. I can't vouch for the evening as I only get breakfast.“

“The food was 4 stars for me. Imagine if it was just a little bit crispy to the bite. Otherwise I love the food here. Is it healthy? No. Is it good? Yeah. The service was excellent. They were sweet and kind and ready to help. I especially liked the cashier, she was gorgeous and easy to talk to! The atmosphere was good. I felt comfortable which is all you can really ask for when in such an atmosphere.“

“The crew here is consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. I ordered a couple sandwiches recently and when I got the bag (freaky fast) I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. They not only read my reaction but fixed it for me, on the spot at no extra charge even though it was completely my fault. That is S Tier service right there!“

They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I was ALWAYS more than happy there and I still go back occasionally when I go to my grandparents house...the Short Pump location is every bit as excellent. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!“

“Came in here during a rush. Erin took my order and made me the best tuna fish sandwich I’ve had in my life. I will no longer be a regular at Jersey Mikes. Potbelly is the way. Erin had the whole line under control and handled everything immaculately. I don’t want anyone else making my sandwich. I have been to other sandwich shops and saw rats, however, this place is super clean thanks to Erin’s amazing work“
