“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

“Seems to be a lot of construction around this chick-fil-a. And it's very confusing on how to do the drive-thru. There's the original drive-thru, you drive up order and pay. Then there's a new mobile drive-thru for mobile orders paid for and you just pick up your food. It's very tight in there they rerouted traffic basically through the shopping center parking lot. So heads up when you drive in.“

“Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“We have been to a LOT of cookouts throughout the south, and this is HANDS DOWN, the BEST cookout we have ever been to. They are the most polite and professional workers. “The food was 4 stars for me. Imagine if it was just a little bit crispy to the bite. Otherwise I love the food here. Is it healthy? No. Is it good? Yeah. The service was excellent. They were sweet and kind and ready to help. I especially liked the cashier, she was gorgeous and easy to talk to! The atmosphere was good. I felt comfortable which is all you can really ask for when in such an atmosphere.“

“Went in earlier for a sammich and they told me it would be a 2 minute wait for the bread because they ran out. They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!“

“I have ordered from Potbelly so many times, and I can tell you they have not disappointed me even once. Their salads are amazing, as are their sandwiches. I have ordered the farmhouse salad multiple times and it is always perfect. My favorite sandwich is a toss up between the chicken club and the sweet heat bbq. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!“

“The crew here is consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. I ordered a couple sandwiches recently and when I got the bag (freaky fast) I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. They not only read my reaction but fixed it for me, on the spot at no extra charge even though it was completely my fault. That is S Tier service right there!“

The dining room is kept clean along with the restrooms. I can't vouch for the evening as I only get breakfast.“

“Delicious takeout experience! Got their limited time Spicy Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust pizza and added onions. They really brought the heat!! Best pizza I've ever had from Papa Johns. The staff was very nice too.I hope they decide to bring this one back to the menu from time to time. It's a must-try for spice lovers!“
