“We came here all the way from Fredericksburg, VA to try out this place and it did not disappoint. The service was speedy and it’s a friendly environment and it’s decorated for fall. We will definitely come back for more.“

“DAMON TRENT AND JAMES TRICE ARE THE WORKERS WE NEED THERE THEY ABSOLUTELY TURN THE PLACE AROUND AND I LOVED THE FOOD NOW AFTER YEARS OF BE DISAPPOINTED I MUST SAY THE FOOD COMES OUT HOT FRESH AND WELL SEASONED!!!! Definitely what we all been waiting for and missing good job guyssss“

“The crew here is consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. I ordered a couple sandwiches recently and when I got the bag (freaky fast) I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. They not only read my reaction but fixed it for me, on the spot at no extra charge even though it was completely my fault. That is S Tier service right there!“

“Went in earlier for a sammich and they told me it would be a 2 minute wait for the bread because they ran out. They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I was ALWAYS more than happy there and I still go back occasionally when I go to my grandparents house...the Short Pump location is every bit as excellent. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!“

“I have ordered from Potbelly so many times, and I can tell you they have not disappointed me even once. Their salads are amazing, as are their sandwiches. I have ordered the farmhouse salad multiple times and it is always perfect. My favorite sandwich is a toss up between the chicken club and the sweet heat bbq. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!“

“I am so serious when I say the BLT I just received from here is the best BLT I have ever consumed. It genuinely moved the benchmark for me in what I should expect from other sandwich places. Rhi, thank you for your service + skill behind the counter!“
