“I firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due, so I wanted to leave this review.

I stopped into Jersey Mike’s and ordered a Chipotle Cheesesteak with extra meat, extra cheese, and no peppers or onions. When I got home, I took a bite and immediately knew something wasn’t right. I opened the sandwich and realized I’d been given a chicken sandwich with peppers and onions instead.

I want to be absolutely clear about something: the sandwich itself was very well made. It had great proportions, was put together neatly, and wrapped properly. Whoever made it did an excellent job—it just wasn’t what I ordered.

For a few minutes I debated whether it was worth driving back because, honestly, it was a good sandwich. But Jersey Mike’s is a bit of a nostalgia meal for me, and when I order it, I want the sandwich I was craving.

I called the store, explained what had happened, and the employee who answered the phone immediately apologized and offered to remake it without any hesitation. I drove back, and my replacement was ready when I arrived. They exchanged the incorrect sandwich for the new one with no hassle at all.

When I got home and opened the replacement, it was another beautifully made sandwich—excellent distribution of meat and cheese, served hot, and this time made exactly the way I ordered it. It was honestly one of the best Jersey Mike’s sandwiches I’ve ever had.

Mistakes happen in every restaurant. What stands out is how a team responds when they happen, and these employees handled it professionally, politely, and quickly. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one, and I think every one of them deserves recognition for that.

P.S. As a funny little side effect of all this, I’ll actually be trying one of your chicken sandwiches next time I come in—probably with bacon and ranch. I had never tried your chicken before because I always come for the cheesesteaks, but even though it wasn’t what I ordered, it was genuinely good. So thanks for accidentally introducing me to something new.“

After a bad day- I went in this Subway very down & I left smiling & laughing. Both young ladies were so bubbly & greeted me as soon as I walked in. I came to get a sub for my mother- Personally I haven’t had Subway in about 10 years- but becuase of their suggestions I decided to give it a try. I will be back to this specific location because they were such a delight!

“I came in for a submarine sandwich today and the young American lady who took my order was very polite and even had very good recommendations for the toppings/veggies to go on my sub. The bread was very fresh, fresh cut meats and the sub was not messy and was made picture perfect, it was amazingly delicious. The place was very clean. I will be back for lunch in the near future. “Personally I never had an issues with this store and it’s a convenient location. I was a little upset there wasn’t any Italian herb and cheese bread but I’m ok with white too. You can smell the baking bread rolls when you walk in the door, sandwiches are made to order at the counter to your wish and wrapped in fresh baked bread of your choice. An excellent way to start your shopping experience...but wait...be sure to ask for the "Coupon Card"....it gives you couponed food after so-many visits. In fact, keep this card with your other grocery store coupons...handy. Oh, don't like to eat prior to shopping.....take some home, they will wrap them up for you, no cooking when you get home.“

“not only are the subs great but I had a truly special experience there today. ordered my sandwich and and asked if they had coffee. he said " sorry we dont but Dunkin' Donuts right across the street has good coffee". She gave me a full refund and complimentary meal.
