Penn Station is my family's favorite sub shop, and we have visited frequently for many years. Unfortunately, we noticed it was going downhill for a while. The food nor the service was up to par and what we were accustomed to receiving. However, I am happy to say they have redeemed themselves, and our last few visits were excellent. Had a great experience Saturday evening. My wife and I hadn't been to Penn station in sometime till moving back. Stacy the cashier made our visit feel blessed and personable. Definitely will be returning.
Everything is great but lately trying to order online hasn’t been working. I do everything normally and at checkout it says to deselect my payment method to use a gift card, but I’m not trying to use a gift card. Really inconvenient.
