Everything was great employees were polite great tasting sub was served quickly. Washroom on the other hand was disgusting, hand soap dispenser was full of water mixed soap, toilet paper was laying around so was paper towels which were actually one of the worst kind.

Ordered three sandwiches. They were all labeled incorrectly. Employee cooking food had untucked shirt that was touching food as they were preparing it. Several items paid for were left out. The sandwich itself tasted decent.

Just ate at location on Midlothian Turnpike. Ordered my usual the classic Italian. I have always bragged about the Italian sub here today I found it disappointing.First I walked in to find one girl behind counter playing with her long hair thank God she puf gloves on before handling the food. It was dirty behind counter food slicing area has good debris left there from last cutting. Not cleaned up.There was no one in there when I walked in.The other girl cooking as well had hair past her shoulders no hair net hair swinging back and forth with every movent.Sorry I checked my sand wich and first real well just to make sure there was not any hair in n them.Watching people prepare food with no sense of handling of food, kills an appetite fast.Needless to say I will not visit this location again.Pot belly sandwiches makes a great Italian too. Also the fries I received were like it was the leftover pieces in the tray. How disappointing!!! Especially after paying nearly 15.00 to eat a small sub, fries and drink. Please train your people how to handle the food especially in front of customers, and also how about hello how can I help you when people arrive. The girls did not seem to happy about working there

The only sub place where you can get French fries instead of a bag of chips.

I wanted something different so I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich.Sandwich was excellent in taste and in size I got the regular size. It's chicken breast grilled onions and mushrooms with provolone cheese. The fries are amazing cut fresh and fried to order. I got the combo with a drink for $15 buck's. You will enjoy the flavor and portion. Definitely recommend you try it if you haven't been. By the way they are famous for steak and cheese Subs but I wanted something different so I went with the chicken. Good either way.

Unfortunately, the last couple times we’ve went here the food has either been cold. The lettuce was old and the staff was not attentive will continue to give them a shot, but their prices are pushing me away.

Love the subs and fries. Only downfall is the price to feed our family of 5 was just under $100. Total bummer on that.

Two stars for the hot food and the warm welcome . Also impressed at the table service. However , this place was empty. $20.00 for a foot long , chips and a drink. Not impressed at all with the taste. The bread seemed doughy and it was just a tasteless , greasy , cheesesteak. First time here , just passing by, may come again, may not, and if so, surely wouldn’t run anyone over in the process of getting here .

Haven't been to PSECS in a long time so decided to give it a try again. What a letdown!!We were the only customers in the store and they had 1 online order ahead of ours, but it still took FOREVER for 4 sandwiches and 1 fry.The chicken parmesan sandwich is not even edible. The sauce tastes like it was burned and stuck to the bottom of the pot of sauce. The turkey sandwich has almost no turkey on it. The fries taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp all day, which is sad, because we watched them get taken out of the fryer. All this for $70. 3 regular subs, 1 large sub, 1 large fry and 4 drinks. Won't be back again. That's more than we spend to go to a sit down restaurant and get good food...
