“By far my favorite local coffee shop! Their specialty drinks are great and the few food items I’ve tried have all been very good. The shop itself is super cozy.Only critique is twice I think we’ve had errors with our drinks (out of MANY visits, so in itself not a big deal) and the staff immediately got very stand-offish when we politely brought up that we thought there may have been a mistake. Like pretty much straight up said nope we were wrong instead of just fixing the issue or remaking the drink and made us feel like the biggest inconvenience. I like the shop enough otherwise that we will keep going back, but it’s a bummer to know they don’t particularly care if something is wrong.”

“Absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of RVA. I've been eating here since moving to the Southside in 1998. Always has large portions, outstanding sauces, and the best hot and sour soup of all. My usual go-to is the pan fried noodles with beef or shrimp. Hearty brown garlic sauce, broccoli, carrots, and cabbage over pan fried noodles. I could literally eat it every day!One of my other favorites is their egg foo young. Fresh prepared with tasty brown gravy!In 25 years this restaurant has stayed consistent.Thank you Jiang!Vegetarian options: I was a vegetarian for 20 years during which time Jiangs was the one place I could go and always get a great vegetarian dish with large portions at a reasonable price.”

“I ordered and received a good ham and cheese sandwich with a side of fresh fruit. The sandwich was quite tasty, the fruit delicious. The box lunch included cake, of which I had almond.Each element received an A+ from me! A big fat YUM!”

“Came in a little late and I think that ticked off the workers. Soooooo sorry I had cravings guys !! ? Despite the coldness from customer service, the cookies were good and that’s all that matters. I just had to catch the cornbread cookie before it disappears for another 50 months. ?”

“Tale of two pizzas - dine in, an Italian looking older guy brought me a fantastic slice with prosciutto, burrata, fresh basil and parmesan. Was amazing. Take out - xl pizza, looked like mostly kids working, there was so much cheese it was almost inedible. Now I like cheese but excellent pizza is about balance. Each element was good by itself - sauce, crust, cheese quality but together didn’t work. The bottom crust was thin and floppy causing the immense ball of cheese to immediately slide off. Edge crust gave you an idea of what could be crispy + chewy. Value was decent but gotta think all that cheese is blowing the margins. Will dine in again for a slice but probably skip the whole pizza take out.”

“Wow! Pleasantly surprised at taste of the chicken. Crunchy and seasoned to perfection. I would have given 5 stars except for the one way in and out parking lot and store frontage not maintained in the most eye appealing way.”

“I absolutely loved everything about my first experience with this restaurant. My food was delicious. By far the best Philly cheese steak I've had in years! I got 3 of the snack sized sandwiches so I could try a few different ones. I loved them all. I ordered online but they waited until I got there before cooking my fries to insure they would be hot and fresh. The employee that helped me was very polite and did an awesome job! Great customer service skills and great food are not so common and definitely deserve to be recognized and appreciated.”

“This morning brought a breath of fresh air at the drive thru. The young lady taking our order used a nice voice; not an obnoxious sing-song voice. The young man at the window also greeted us in a nice voice; not an annoying strange voice. I truly was dreading listening to the usual nonsense we are greeted with, and thought not to come. I thank God my morning started off right !”

“Absolutely the best! The service was speedy, on spot with each person's needs. The food was OUTSTANDING! The rest of the party all had spaghetti dinners and all praised them. The Chicken Liver Dinner was the surprise. Only My Mom cooked livers this good. Perfectly seasoned, fried crisp yet tender, a feat to be mastered. Well done!”

“The burgers are like normal burgers you get from anywhere except that they offer doughnuts has buns, my boyfriend loves sweets so it was right up his alley, I had just the garlic parmesan fries with their dip (I'm not sure what the dip was but it was delicious) and the fries were amazing! The old bay fries my boyfriend got with his burger were way too salty (old bay is very salty anyway) but they just went over board with the old bay a little goes a long way. But overall I think I would go back if I was in the area and craving them garlic parm fries!”

“Went here for a group event. They had an excellent amount of space for our large party. I got the Greek salad with chicken and it was okay. The best part really was the truly exceptional service we received. I'd go back but might go for drinks instead of a meal.”
