Recently, 7.3.2020, I visited the Midlothian location and ordered a Bucket of Bones. The 1st wing I pulled apart was uncooked. (See photo) To make things worse, the manager (after taking 15 minutes) to address it, attempts to convince me that the food was done and cooked properly 'cooked twice at 160 degree temperature." TGI Friday's have been going down hill for years...they just recently reported double digit declines in sales for the fourth quarter of 2019. Honestly it isn't a surprise after experiences in many of them throughout different parts of the East Coast. We sat at the bar which was (as in most Fridays) very large.
