Great food! Nice atmosphere! Friendly staff!
No customer service. Had to ask for them to take order asked for ketchup and girl said she'd get it. She did and a table away tosses the packets at me. Tables weren't wiped off. Floor had trash, food. I DIDNT UNDERSTAND bill. Got sub so added 4.50 to make it combo, but then was charged for fries and drink! So what was the 450 for???? The food was great. Ordered again but had delivered. Very mixed feelings.
Was in here when I was making a delivery to a store and didn't realize how good the food was and very friendly people I would never eat at another sub place if we had one in town

Firehouse Subs Colonial Heights offers a good selection of subs, including the popular Meatball Sub, which is a hit with customers. The restaurant also provides large drink sizes and quick service, with food delivered in under 5 minutes. While the subs may not be exceptional, the service is generally good, though some guests have experienced slow service and unkind treatment, especially when inquiring about the birthday program. The restaurant supports a good cause by giving back to family responders. However, some guests have noted that the kitchen is not well-ventilated, which can lead to a smoky atmosphere and discomfort. Despite occasional issues, many customers appreciate the quality of the subs, like the French dip, and the generous portions, making it a convenient stop during road trips or casual visits.
