I loved the Meatball Sub, and I appreciate the large drink sizes. I thought my medium was a large!Also, I got my food in less the 5 minutes, which I was happy about.Would recommend to anyone if you haven't tried them before. And you support family rst responders too!

Called at 8:30 pm on 10/29/23 trying to place an order by phone for pickup and the phone rang "busy" all the way till close when I attempted to call multiple times. I decided to go in because I love their food and the store closed early while I was walking to the door at 8:52 pm when they are not supposed to close till 9 pm.
Fine location.Our order took a while, but the quality was decent and they didn’t mess up a thing.

I placed two orders -11/04 tuna 6 inch on garlic bread...no garlic bread.second order was a club 6 inch both on white bread.I ate the tuna and the next day opened what supposed to have been a club instead was a piece of soggy bacon on mayo,lettuce and tomato. I called to inform them of same and sandwich has the tag of what was ordered. Via phone they stated I could receive another sandwich which clearly they can't READ. I asked for manager name . Never go here againpoor customer service and management due to him being on phone when I rendered receipt from the bank that I ordered this food.

So, the subs were pretty good! Not unlike any other Firehouse subs location. Very good service from the cashier as well, and there's a coke freestyle machine. Here's the problem: the kitchen isn't separate from the dining room, and there ISN'T a FUME HOOD! In a restaurant themed around fire fighting! How is this allowed? The whole dining room is full of smoke constantly, so my eyes feel dry and blurry, and my throat feels a little irritated. Just be aware of that, and maybe order to-go.
