“Dylan and the team is awesome. This is my go to spot but tonight they went above and beyond. My car got damaged in the lot from ice while in their shop. They gave me contact info and got me in touch with the property. Then, Dylan sends me a text to check in on me. Team is awesome.“

“My friend and I went for lunch today at Lulabelles, the food was delicious. We had a $20 gift certificate to put towards a $36 bill and gave our server a $20 tip which seemed to be quite generous. Barely offend you that she whisked what was left on our table away, then returned a couple of minutes later to rather abruptly tell us that they had reservations coming in on the next half hour, the implication being that we had best get out of there. I have worked with the public all of my life, and I know there is a way to communicate, she needs to learn it. I only wish we had our $20 back!“

After a bad day- I went in this Subway very down & I left smiling & laughing. Both young ladies were so bubbly & greeted me as soon as I walked in. I came to get a sub for my mother- Personally I haven’t had Subway in about 10 years- but becuase of their suggestions I decided to give it a try. I will be back to this specific location because they were such a delight!

“Cute little spot in Ashland. Eclectic, with antiques and tchotchkes all over the place. We had the chicken salad and the ham sandwich. All very good, and potato salad, enjoyable. There's outside seating and parking in the back. It's all kind of close though, so it might not be accessible to all. The restrooms definitely are not.“

“I like tuna fish sandwiches, and this place has the best one in the local area. They put plenty of tuna on the sandwich, which is not common at another big sandwich chain I go to. They serve it fast, and the people are friendly. I need to try their other sandwiches and will review them after trying them.“

“Had been avoiding subways for awhile because I had a couple consecutive bad experiences, but gave this one a shot because of their 4+ star rating. Turns out it was well deserved. “I really like to get my sandwiches from this Subway location. They are always good. I wish the owner would participate in the online ordering process by honoring coupons for online orders. It’s would be easier for me than going to the location to order. There have been times that I would order food elsewhere because I can’t use coupons online here!!“

“Very yummy banh mi and other food options available from this unassuming shop. Banh mi are nicely sized and very flavorful. Jalapenos have just the right amount of kick. Other for options available, including pandan honeycomb bread and drinks. Quick service too!“

“I came in rather late not to far from closing and I came in and was immediately greeted by Alden and not only did he greet me but I was indecisive and had never been here and he immediately recommended things I could try and asked what I like and he suggested the chicken bacon ranch. He is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that even though it was close to closing I didn’t feel rushed or not welcome. “I came in for a submarine sandwich today and the young American lady who took my order was very polite and even had very good recommendations for the toppings/veggies to go on my sub. The bread was very fresh, fresh cut meats and the sub was not messy and was made picture perfect, it was amazingly delicious. The place was very clean. I will be back for lunch in the near future. “Penn station has the best subs hands down. This location in particular has great service AND food. I’ve been eating here for years and I’ve never had an order get messed up. But mistakes happen and the other night my order was wrong. I called the next day and spoke with the manger and she hooked me up with a new meal. The two guys knew about it when I came into the restaurant and they HOOKED ME UP! I was so impressed with the food already but the service blew it out of the water. Everyone in this restaurant needs a raise asap.“

Today we wanted a sub and as soon as we walked in the worker Hailey greeted us with such a warm smile and made us feel very welcomed. Her customer service and her personality are very pleasant.
