Jersey Mike's Subs offers top-notch service and delicious, fresh sandwiches. The staff goes above and beyond, like heating up roast beef with a smile. The menu includes vegetarian options like a veggie sub or mushroom cheesesteak, cooked separately if asked. The staff is friendly and kind, making it a great spot for kids. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent, with ramps and everything on one floor, and no issues for motorized wheelchairs. Even at closing time, the team happily serves customers with a smile. Prices are reasonable for the fantastic food and service. Great food, great friendly service, and a cool atmosphere—plus, they have bacon! Regular customers appreciate the quality and the staff who remember their preferences.
Customers have praised the excellent service, with staff members like Alden, Sallyn, Amber, Emmet, and Camila going the extra mile to ensure a great experience, even during busy times. The manager, Benjamin, is also described as super nice and very accommodating. Customers have enjoyed the consistently good food and the warm greetings they receive at the Parham Regency location.
