Food: Great fries, really great seasoning. The wings are pretty basic, but still really good and fantastic freaking value. They could step up their sauces though. The cheesesteak was ehh. Service: very quick, we had our food in 10minutes Ambiance: don't go here for the ambiance lol but you should know that from the website
I always order the Philly cheesesteak with fries. The quality and taste of the food is very good. Their peach and strawberry lemonades are delicious! The customer service is consistent and friendly. Shout out to Nick who is always friendly and goes above and beyond. Great experiences! I highly recommend Charleys.

Best cheese steaks in rva! We went on a Friday around 630. We were greeted by Bella who was very friendly and patient while we looked over the menu and asked questions. We got a sub and the wings. Bread was fresh ingredients were all good. Hands down the best sub I've had in a while. It was so good that we ordered one to go for the next day. Wings were freshly made, saucey and crisp on the edges. Delicious. Highly recommend.
