Unfortunately this location is very inconsistent. Shame on us for continuing to order after several inaccurate orders that were reported through surveys and acknowledged, but we had hope that those were one offs. When they are good, they are good. But when they are bad, it's so random as to how bad they are. I've had the occasional sauces (paid extra) forgotten all the way to ordering a vegetarian pizza only to have it arrive with chicken on it. I then even let them get me two...read full review
Great customer service, dealt with a guy named Grayson... this guy gets customer service! The lobby is small and the chairs could use better support (a screw fell out of the bottom of one I sat on). The food is okay; it would be better if they oiled the pizza crust. The one by me in Mechanicsville does, as do other local Italian restaurants, and it makes the crust a lot crispier and tastier. Otherwise, good food and great service!
