“I have tried the buffet at Persis and I felt it was worth every dollar. There were handful of vegetarian options and non vegetarian options for entrees and appetizers.

More importantly, I have never seen Thalapakattu Mutton biryani in buffet menu in USA. All the dishes were very good in buffet. Very few dishes weren’t frequently refilled but most of them were quickly refilled during buffet hours.

Although we felt like the service could have been better and furniture could have been refurnished from the old restaurant. The high chair in the restaurant was in very bad shape. I wish the furniture in the restaurant was upgraded and the service was better alongside food.“

“Haleem is fantastic here, I almost drive for almost 2 hours to get a ‘to go’ for my family. It’s worth the drive!! The restaurant ambiance can be improved though ?

Parking: It’s pretty easy to park and get to the restaurant. Moise is the owner who does the fantastic job in handling the right chief for the food.“

“We were taken to Carytown Indian Cuisine last night by our kids. We were so impressed with our experience! The food was amazing. I requested a specially prepared curry vegetable dish, and the chef/owner was happy to create it for me. Several of our party enjoyed tikki masala with chicken. We also enjoyed lentils, cooked to perfection and wonderful chocolate lava cake for dessert. The service was impecable. Our waiters were so attentive and responsive, even though it was a very busy night. The ambience was warm and classy. The chef/owner was so gracious and even visited us at our table. I can't wait to return to CIC.“

“Incredible dishes for vegetarians, carnivores, and everyone in between. The prices may seem a bit high but for the amount of food you get, it is definitely a great value!
We frequently order the seafood biryani with salmon and they do not skimp on the fish! You get a huge portion with massive chunks of salmon in it! This is one of our favorite go-to places for when we don't feel like cooking. Highly recommend!
