“I use to be a frequent customer when it first opened but had not been in over 7 years. They made many changes and the customer service was top notch. My cashier was helpful, attentive and funny. The prices are a bit high but so is food cost so I understand. Now, the food! I purchased a three piece whiting dinner. My fish was hot, crispy and niced sized. It had a very light seaaoned taste. I prefer my fish well seasoned but overall no real complaint 3.5/5. The tartar sauce was delicious and tasted homemade and was creamy. Texas Pete hot sauce is a trusted standby not hot but is very good on well seasoned food. My sides were the mac and cheese and black eyed peas. My mac had no seasoned taste but was creamy. Not bad but not good either so 2.5/5. My black eyed peas were seasoned well and it was a good amount. Plus, they were soft, not undercooked but not mushy. Will definitely get those again. I should have got a piece of cornbread to eat with them . 5/5 Overall I will go back and try a few more items. 3.5/5 overall but great customer service“

“Came here for my boyfriend’s lunch today and it was awesome. It was his first time at OCharleys and we both loved it. Our server, Chance, was the best server I’ve had anywhere. When he saw me scraping ranch out of my salad dressing container, he brought me more without me even needing to ask, food was delicious- steak was a little more done than what was asked for but the flavor was amazing. Definitely recommend.“

“Service was amazing. Food was super hot. Less 1 star because they didn't devein the shrimp before frying it. This is not the individual location but corporate or whomever they are buying the fried shrimp from. It's super gross....nobody wants to eat shrimp poop.

I will eat there again and just not get the fried shrimp. I got grilled salmon and husband got fried fish and we both had fried shrimp and I had fried clams. (Fried clams was more batter than clam but they are small so I get it). Green beans are my favorite side, they are delicious and better than the fish!“
