One of the best BBQ spots I’ve been to that has great food with good portions and fair prices. Never disappoints. If you have an opportunity to try their specials, do so; they are available for a limited time but worth it. At the time of this review, they had Brisket Street Tacos (which I had) and other specials that were hard to decide over. First time here, will not be my last! I got the Meatloaf special dinner to go, holy cow I am so happy! The pictures don't do it justice, I wish you all could smell and taste how good this food is. The meatloaf was tender, but juicy enough that you only had to dip a little if you like gravy. For me, it was dunk! So my mom wanted some homestyle southern fried fish, and Sibley's served it up right. They also had fried chicken livers of which I partook. It was money! Throw in some collards, sweet potato, hush puppies and sweet tea, I had to refrain from smacking my momma! Oh I forgot the Walnut Maple pie. Need I say anymore?
