I ordered the Family Pack pulled pork to take to meet some friends for lunch. I already knew that the food would be good but I’ll have to say that the customer service was excellent. From calling in the order to picking up the food the young lady that too my order was fabulous. I wish I had asked her name.
Dined here earlier this month (2/06) with my significant other. We’ve always wanted to try Sibley’s. We drive by it all the time here on Iron Bridge Road. After the ice from this month’s snow storm started to melt away, we figured it was a good time to finally check it out.

We enjoyed the food at Sibley's Bar-B-Q but if I’m going to be honest, Virginia isn’t known for stellar Bar-Be-Que so there’s not much to compare it to locally. Good service and nice atmosphere to go with it. Only one complaint, they don’t serve alcohol! Bummer but not a deal breaker.
