Was okay, quicker than most Cracker Barrel experiences. Got pancakes instead of ordered French toast. Had to ask for napkins and butter. Eggs cold when they made it to the table.
Gregory was a delight! He was in great spirits, gave good recommendations, made sure we were taken care of with refills, and kept us updated on the food coming out. He made the whole night! Love this Cracker Barrel.

Unfortunately, there was a bottle neck at the cash registers with a long line of people wanting to pay. Can something be done to manage your throughput??? It is frustrating to have a wonderful meal and then have to wait for 10-15 minutes to pay.
