Chipotle Mexican Grill offers delicious food, with great portion sizes and efficient service from the young staff. However, the dining area is often dirty, with food all over the tables and workers talking amongst themselves. Some customers have had issues with the way their burritos were wrapped, finding it sloppy and messy. The parking lot is small and inconvenient. Additionally, the uncleanliness extends to the facility, with tables and floors left unclean, and even lacking toilet paper in the women's bathroom. Some customers have also experienced delays in service, and in one instance, were unable to enjoy their lemonade due to an empty container.
