About Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers delicious food with great portion sizes and efficient service from the young staff. Recently, one of the associates, Joslyn, received praise for her kind and welcoming smile, handling a busy rush with grace and professionalism. However, the dining area is often dirty, with tables that are rarely wiped off and food scattered about. Some customers have found their burritos wrapped in a sloppy and messy way, and the portions can feel small, especially for online orders. The parking lot is small and inconvenient, and the facility’s cleanliness is lacking, with tables and floors often unclean and even issues like no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. Additionally, the atmosphere is crowded and uncomfortable, with service that is very slow. Some customers have noticed a lack of adult supervision among the young staff, leading to a chaotic environment. Despite these issues, the staff is generally nice, and moments of positive customer service, like Joslyn's, can make a difference.
