“I’ve been wanting to check this place out for awhile. We stopped by this past Friday night to grab dessert on the way home after having dinner in shockoe bottom. Felt welcome as soon as we walked in. I could see this is a spot locals love. I let her know my son only wanted dessert and she didn’t hesitate to recommend Momma Doc’s. He ended up ordering the brownie sundae. Let me tell you, it must’ve been delicious cause he scarfed it down like he hadn’t eaten all night 😂. We will definitely be back. The menu was extensive, and the vibe was chill.“

“Nice little joint. Ambiance is counter service. One whole counter is devoted to Ice cream. Seats and posters are no drill.

Both of us got two hotdogs. Loaded or chili cheese dogs are $3.99. most sandwiches. Also run $7-9. Add $5.49 to make it a combination with fries and drink.
The hot dogs were all beef and perfectly cooked. The fries were fine but nothing special. Good portion size

Ice cream is Hershey's which is good stuff. $3.99 per scoop is a decent price. Fancy ice cream dishes can get more expensive.“

“This is a decent burger king. Sometimes they run out of items and you may have to wait but by the airport most restaurants are busy at certain times anyway. but honestly the people are nice and they try to get you out. My numbers are overall for good times and bad.“

“My family and I took my Mother there for her 91st birthday. In all there were 14 of us. The staff took great care of us. We ordered from the brunch menu. Everyone one of us had a wonderful time. The food was tasty, chef (AJ) even came out to say Happy Birthday to his Grandmother! Several of us said we will return again. The dinner menu looks amazing I wanted to stay for dinner but I had to head home and I was too full from brunch. I wish Sweet P's much success!“

“What a great spot. I am a big believer in the smallest of places having the biggest of flavors and personalities.

This is it, Pop’s Dogs were just that great dogs. Walked in and immediately I was greeted by the folks inside and the barstools within reach of the door. I popped a squat, placed my order and had great conversations while Pop himself (unsure if it was himself) but watched him bend and stretch and dance around the tiny layout with the grace of a swan. Grabbing dogs, frying fries, pouring teas and lemonades.
Alas it was my turn to dig in and I sat outside with a local artist and his terrier and took it all in.
I enjoyed the food, was brave enough to have the seal broken on the pickle jar on the counter for a huge dill and was not disappointed.

Great ambiance of old medical devices, toys, papers and memorabilia. The 1920’s shock machine was my favorite and I need one to use as a Tens unit.

“We had never been here before, but we gave it a whirl. The dining area was very clean. The service was very nice. Logan was our server, and was polite and smiled. We asked about their food and he took time to help us with it. The manager also was very nice when we asked go talk to him. To his surprise, we took time to tell him we enjoyed the place. He made sure we got our employee’s name so we could mention in the review. We did not buy the shakes, but if I could have eaten and drank that much, I would have. The price was also very good.“

“Finally located the place from MAPQUEST satellite search! NO SIGNAGE seen on US60. Dined there yesterday and had the best food. Everyone in my party was more than pleased with their meals. “My husband and I just ate here for the first time this evening and it was amazing. I had the taco salad with chicken and it’s one of the best salads I’ve ever had. My husband really enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger and tater tots. The portions are huge, neither one of us could finish. Everyone needs to come eat here. I need this place to succeed. Kid friendly, but don't be a jerk- if you are ordering food (for yourself or your kid) rub the two neurons together that it takes to understand how unfair it is to the staff to order food on the balcony - it SUCKS to have to get food to there, (and, shockingly!) even more than it sucks having to go back downstairs to order food. Just be a decent person, order drinks at the bar (like a normal person), and get your food downstairs close to the kitchen.... that way it is still warm when you get it, and you won't sound like a completely entitled dumbass when you complain about how long it took/how cold your food is, when you were too lazy to even try to go downstairs without the burden of an order.“

“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

Everything was delicious but i wasnt fond of the mac n cheese.. alot of people coming in to get food very busy place. As someone who travels for a living this made me feel so safe since my entire bill of health is based on this allergy.
