great place
I always recommend ordering on the app and then parking at a stall number. Service was so fast tonight it lived up to the name sonic. I just thought I’d leave a review because the staff are always friendly here and I didn’t expect such a speedy service like that.
Gone down hill in the last year. Must be the manager, Romel. Guy is annoying, looks like he has an attitude all the time, and has no customer service skills. 3rd time in the last few months he has pissed and moaned by asking me to come through drive-thru to get my order. Umm, why!? I'm parked in front of the non-curbside location to eat my food on my lunch break and catch up on tex messages. Unsafe to do that driving.
