Over the past several months it just gets worse and worse at this location and this trip will be our last. Being the only sonic on this side of town and having the competition they have in this area you would think the Franchise owner would pay much more close attention to the negative feedback and dwindling business however, they simply do not care and it shows. I haven't had sonic in a while and I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a foot long chili, hot dog with mustard and onions. But received a foot long chili, hot dog with mustard and ketchup. (Yuck!!) I are so ordered a cherry lime made with extra real cherries.And I got a cherry lime, made with one cherry and extra lime juice. Definitely not happy.
I always recommend ordering on the app and then parking at a stall number. Service was so fast tonight it lived up to the name sonic. I just thought I’d leave a review because the staff are always friendly here and I didn’t expect such a speedy service like that.
