Burgers are not the same as they were years back. They had a distinctive flavor. It's now just another fast food burger and not near as good as the better ones. The pulled pork was also just so-so. The sauce was way too spicy, not needed or wanted in a pulled pork sandwich. Finally the fries, too, were very generic. Bottom line: there are better choices... which we will go to.

They used mini burgers to make the sloppiest sandwich! The mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. Had them redo it and it’s worst! This location is the worst of all! They are really going to get people sick because nothing is edible or fresh… and we paid for it! I’m done with sonic.

This location never seems to be busy, however, you will be waiting over 20 minutes for your order, regardless of how little your order is. Not really worth the drive.

Ordered thru mobile app. Waited way longer than a mobile order should have taken and there were no other customers. Thought they were making the food that’s why it was taking so long …. WRONG! Food was cold and disgusting! Barely any chili on the coney hot dog, ordered large onion rings … bag was 1/2 full … the onion rings were cold and mushy all the breading fell off and crumbled at the bottom of the bag. I had 2 separate orders and both were absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had from this location. I called to speak to the manager and no one answered. I will be calling again tomorrow to speak to a manager and request a full refund for both disgusting orders! McDonald’s would have been a better choice and that’s not giving McDonald’s a compliment either.

We normally love Sonic, but the location at Hull St and Deer Run is absolutely disgusting. They can't get an order correct to save their lives. Busy or not (they weren't either visit) Missing items, food not correctly made, things switched on food that should have been made on another the sandwich, food is always cold etc. Please know I am not a bad review foodie but Sonic needs to step it up!!
This Sonic has never gotten my order right. Every time I have been here in the past 3 months, my order has been cold, missing something, or I’ve been given something I didn’t even order. The employees take their time and don’t even apologize for leaving you to wait for a PICKUP ORDER for nearly 30 minutes. I will not be returning to this establishment. Truly disappointed and appalled at the lack of customer service skills any of these employees seem to have.

absolutely terrible service, they play around in the kitchen. give out the wrong orders, and cold food after THEY messed up the order! who is in charge? they also use dirty wipes on the countertops with their food handling gloves. Gross!

Saturday, October 7 at 2:30pm, going through to the pick up window allowed us to see into the store located at 13900 Raised Antler Cir, Midlothian, VA 23112 in the Deer Run Village Shopping Center. LYING ON TOP OF A COUNTER BESIDE THE ICE CREAM MACHINES WAS A YOUNG BLACK GIRL ABOUT 12-14 YEARS OLD. She was on her stomach facing away from the window and her tennis shoe-clad feet nearest the window and would keep looking over her shoulder at the pick up window.What type of employees and management of Sonics would allow for such behavior and lack of adhering to sanitary policies?Should the Health inspector be contacted to check on what other failures are occurring in this store, and maybe other stores, as well? What does this say about Sonics' care level for the safety of its customers?

if I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. We waited 20 minutes for our food to come but 2 burgers were not as I ordered them. I very politely asked for them to be redone. They were then sent back out 10 minutes later with just having scraped the Mayo off. My order was about $70 and half the food wasn't edible.
