She not only was knowledgeable about the menu, but she handled my frazzled phone call with the best customer service I’ve experienced. “We were looking for a place that serves fish because of a Friday during Lent. And we were very happy. Portions were HUGE and the flavor matched. Fish sandwich was more like a platter size and the fish and chips was way more that could be eaten. Service was great and the atmosphere was as to be expected.......a diner during afternoon lunch. “We had a table of 10 with some seating issues at first but were quickly accommodated by the manager. Our server Sarah P. was AMAZING and handled our large party professionally and patiently. She has such a friendly personality. The food was very delicious. We had burgers, chuckawalla chicken, grilled chicken, steak and mahi mahi across the table. The devils pass dip, chicken wings, bruschetta and truffle fries were a great start to our dinner. The chocolate decadence is a MUST dessert. It just melts in your mouth. Only downside is that it can get very busy at times which leads to longer wait times and a noisy environment - which is to be expected for a popular family-friendly spot.“

“Never been before but this place blew me away. The bar choices were great. I had a Bourbon Bramble. I am not a big drinker.It was fantastic! For dinner I had the Shrimp Alfredo. Fantastic! French onion soup. My lady had the Harvey Salad. It was also perfect.This is my new favorite restaurant ! And I don’t even live or work in Richmond. “We are here about once a week for breakfast. Food is consistently delicious. Servers are always great, kind, courteous. We know several by name. We have also been to other locations and this is by far our favorite. Thanks first watch for a great breakfast experience!“

“Had the pleasure of eating here on 4/21 for brunch. Parking was good. We had a 15 minute wait. Very nice atmosphere. They also have a really nice outdoor area. Our server Sophie was very nice and attentive. We ordered the donuts which were recommended and they were hot and delicious. I had the breakfast burger and my hubby had the B.E.L.T and both were really good. Prices were good too for the portion. We paid $42 for the both of us before tip. We will definitely return.“

“The best Thai food I have had locally. I have never been to Thailand and can't comment on authenticity but the food is credibly spicy with heat while retaining vibrant flavor. I eat here regularly and have not found a dud on the menu, but highly recommend any of the duck, noodle, or curry dishes. The papaya salad is a winner as well. I miss the lack of seitan on the menu, but that is the only thing in my wish list.“

Foods is excellent.On this day, I got a lunch sized beef chimichanga. They used a nicely speeded beef that was shredded but not stringy. Flavorful. My daughter got the chicken fajita lunch special with corn tortillas, making not that she had a gluten sensitivity. It came out sizzling and she said it was delicious. Everyone Eldar in the party enjoyed their meals which came out really quickly. I have tried many of their dishes and haven’t found a bad one yet. Service is top notch. Best Chinese restaurant in Midlothian.Parking: Located in the west end of the shopping center there are always spots available.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere and calm,friendly service seems to have a calming effect on children. Have never seen a child misbehaving there. (In 30+ years! )Wheelchair accessibility: I have seen wheelchairs in there on numerous occasions and they seem to have no issues at all. Wide aisles and convenient table locations make being comfortable at a table no problem.“
