We ordered Fuji Sushi via Ubereats last night and it did not disappoint. We loved the fuji dumplings, the lobster roll (my fave roll), the fantastic roll (my least fave), and the fuji roll. Everything was fresh and creative. We will definitely be trying the rest of the menu soon.
Fuji Sushi has consistently delivered an exceptional dining experience. The staff is not only friendly but also remarkably attentive. It's undoubtedly one of the finest Asian restaurants I've had the pleasure of visiting.

Happened on this spot after shopping at the thrift store in the same plaza. Great miso soup. The sushi was fantastic! The shrimp fried rice was kind of bland; I usually enjoy by itself, but this batch needed some sauce to help it along.Nice staff working here.
