The service was ok but it took awhile and we were the only ones inside waiting at the time. I gave the food a 1 because we literally only got 6 little hashbrowns for our order of hashbrowns and somehow the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich had no flavor. I will not be going back.
The woman who is taking orders through the drive-through did not seem to know the menu very well everything that I told her I want it she rang it up as something different, which caused a lot of confusion and clarification needed at the window. There was a clear language barrier to the point another woman switched onto the mic to clarify my order to correct it.My donuts came out ice cold and when I asked them to warm them up still came back cold. I used to love Dunkin. Favorite donuts and a family thing. I hadn’t eaten Dunkin in years though and happened to be driving by. I spontaneously decided to give in to that old craving.It was just after 6am, opening time, three days ago. Understandably, it was empty and quiet.
