Ordered a family meal online 30 minutes ahead. They hadn’t even looked at the order when I arrived. Now we’re half hour late to our event. Why is Popeyes always like this?!
Charges me twice it’s price, then gave me this in photo…
Went here on lunch break ordered food online at 1205 didn't get my food til 1:10 pm miss. Lunch break been over and im waiting on food watching my order get skipped over by everybody that walks in and order . It's kind of outrageous the wait for your food. I mean I feel like I spent the shift in there with them. It's 2 ppl at register but line going nowhere it doesn't make sense

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a mix of standard and exceptional food. The service can be inconsistent, with some visits experiencing long wait times, while others provide excellent customer service. This branch is known for its cleanliness and pleasant ambiance. The 6-piece Chicken Nuggets may disappoint due to their bland taste, but the bone-in chicken is often well-seasoned. The prices are reasonable, and customers who catch the restaurant on a good day can enjoy piping hot food and attentive service. The overall experience at this Popeyes location can be a gamble, with some visits delivering delicious fried chicken and others falling short, but the potential for a great meal keeps customers coming back.
