“I love Krispy Kreme donuts, especially when they are hot. I would see the Hot and Now sign lit up and rush to go in and buy a dozen. It was the first time in many years that I've been to the restaurant looking for the tasty treat (glazed donuts). I asked the cashier when the donuts were last cooked, and the reply was first thing this morning. I was told they only cook donuts twice once in the morning and at 5 o'clock.What!! you only cook twice a day so by 12:00 p.m. the donuts had been cooked since around 7 or 8 that morning. I told the cashier I could have just purchased them at the grocery store instead of rushing down to the restaurant. I was "Not Happy." I wanted them hot right off the assembly line. Needless to say, I grudgingly brought 3 dozens. I could have saved myself a trip and gas.The service was very poor. There was no customer service. Just order, and Slap them in the box and off you go. Maybe I'll have better luck at the Denbigh location because the Hampton location is poor. The donuts' tasted store brought“
“This Dunkin is located in a gas station. If you go during rush hour on a weekday morning, they won't have quite enough staffing to work too quickly. The staff were really friendly, and the cashier today in particular was really enthusiastic and hustled to get everyone's drink orders done. For not being a standalone store, it did pretty well. One issue I'll note is that they were out of a lot of the hot breakfast ingredients.“
“The associates are very nice, the drive thru is fast, the restaurant is clean, and the food & drinks are delicious! They need a baby changing station in both the men's and women's bathroom; they currently don't have any. Also, there's only one highchair; it's hard to have a mom meet up because of these things.“
“This is the BEST dunkin in this area! I moved to this area a few months ago and was looking for a Dunkin' to go to. I have been avoiding this location due to the reviews. They scared me away a bit, but I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did!! The Manager, James, is extremely friendly and kind. The order taker I have had the last few times, Markus I believe, has always had a great attitude, been super friendly, and really made every visit personal and outstanding!! If you're new to the area, I recommend this place and recommend trying places for yourself instead of believing every review you see!“

“The lady in the drive-thru was absolutely the sweetest human being this morning. She made sure to ask if I wanted any flavor in my coffee and double-checked if I wanted sprinkles on my donut. Which is refreshing from the last time I came when the person was very short with me. My coffee was great.“

“I live less than a mile away from this location so it was my go to, I would go here for years. That said, however I took almost a year off from ordering here. Coffee would taste horrible, food would be either burnt or underdone, and it was just terrible. I'm not big on complaints, I just take my business elsewhere (besides, when i tried to contact corporate with pics, I got no response.) Fast forward to more recently I've been going back. Coffee has been a hit every time, the girls working there are sweet, and even the food I order has been good again! I came here to write the review about something else: ice water. In the time I've been away I've been going to other coffee places: Starbucks, 7 brew, etc. I like water with my coffee and I usually bring my own however sometimes time doesn't allow so I order one from wherever I'm at. I'm NEVER charged for water. Today I go to Dunkin and they say they have to charge for water. Cool, it's 1.11. Still kind of cool but 1.11 is steep for sink water and regular ice. The kicker was, it's a medium cup. I get we have to maximize profit or whatever but SINK WATER??? They say this is a corporate decision and had I had the time I'd have gone in and spoke in person (they said they were in today). My other thing about this is: if we're gonna charge, can we add a cup of water to the app? I have to order it in person because there isn't an option for it.“

The coffee was made perfectly...but that is usually the case...I have to say that Lafeyet (Im not sure I got the spelling right on his name) was the greatest! “Glazed has been out go to for donuts and cold brew coffee since we moved back to the area. Everything we've gotten has been delicious. I need to give a special shout out to their holiday specials. We picked up their quiche and Key Lime Pie for Easter and both were AMAZING! Cannot recommend Glazed enough. If you haven't been here yet you need to plan your visit ASAP.“
