I get renovations are underway but ever since they started renovation the quality of coffee I receive in the morning is low. The girl in the window in the morning is slower than anyone I've experienced here. She rushes to make the coffee and forgets stuff. Please do better mgmnt. The kid kel in the afternoon is wonderful, Jeff, the guy cooking knows how to cook properly whereas I get burnt stuff in the am.
Slow service and a lack of customer service overall, you dont have to say good morning, but at least acknowledge your customer. We've been to this local store hoping the service would improve, but unfortunately not. To make matters worse, they got our order wrong, even though its printed plain as day on the receipt.
