I usually am not a fan of this place but I keep going because I love my husband and my husband loves Dunkin' ... BUT I wanted to leave this review because for the first time we were treated so well and I actually loved the experience. Here's why: the person who served us was Mercedes and she was FANTASTIC. I just wanted to show her some love because I'm afraid she won't stay there long, she's too good! So I hope she sees this and knows how much her efforts...

I’ve really tried holding out on writing a review here for the longest time but something needs to be said or it won’t ever be fixed. This is my local Dunkin and I come here quite a bit and spend quite a bit as well. I seriously cannot recall the last time I wasn’t told at least one item I asked for was out of stock. It doesn’t matter if it’s 11am or 7am. Overall the staff here is very nice and the food I do get usually comes out fine but someone else needs to take over...

I personally have had great experiences with this location and their staff even when they’re out of items or things seem slow. They’ve gone out of their way to make things right and they seem genuine.
