Really disappointed. I used to start every morning at this location. Now I think it's time to switch to Starbucks since it's the next closest coffee location. I went in the other day and ordered 3 coffees 4 donuts and after I paid I asked for a pup cup and was told it was going to be an additional $2 they needed to charge my card for the pup cup!! So much has changed from remodeling to changing team members. The new employees working there are extremely slow, and rude. If you don't like your job plz go find a different one and stop trying to ruin everyone else's day!

I get renovations are underway but ever since they started renovation the quality of coffee I receive in the morning is low. The girl in the window in the morning is slower than anyone I've experienced here. She rushes to make the coffee and forgets stuff. Please do better mgmnt. The kid kel in the afternoon is wonderful, Jeff, the guy cooking knows how to cook properly whereas I get burnt stuff in the am.
Terrible service, the employees are the slowest individuals on earth. The only requirement is to show up and not do your job. Sad because dunkin is one of our teams favorites for breakfast.

Slow service and a lack of customer service overall, you dont have to say good morning, but at least acknowledge your customer. We've been to this local store hoping the service would improve, but unfortunately not. To make matters worse, they got our order wrong, even though its printed plain as day on the receipt.

This place has continued to go down hill. The building is not that old, but is looking run down and very unkempt. Very slow, poor quality products, and very inconsistent. High employee turn over rate. Multiple times the iced coffee with cream sugar, mocha had so much cream it might as well just be milk. I watched them pour in foodlion generic coffee creamer into the drink. This time the same drink has so much mocha syrup, I might as well just drink the syrup straight out of the bottle. How hard is it to make coffee by the instructions that is drinkable?

You wait at the speaker box 5 minutes before you are greeted then it take another 5-10 minutes to get your order EVERY TIME! Not to mention the order is not even right. I will travel the extra distance to Starbucks.

After 30+ minutes in the drive thru, over $42 spent, we still came home with the completely wrong order. Explained to staff multiple times the drinks were wrong, had the window shut on us, and left with not one drink correct. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card and will NEVER give this location another penny. Save your time and your money... go elsewhere!!
